ABOUT JORDAN Collins

Jordan Collins consults with youth and professional athletes to help reduce the injury rate, optimize movement mechanics & increase athletic performance.

Jordan obtained his Masters degree specializing in biomechanics of human movement. He is currently the owner of Miami Speed Lab and head of Youth Performance at DBC Fitness. He is the lead instructor for DBC’s LVL1 Intro to Biomechanics & LVL3 Sports Performance certification courses. Jordan has also created a Dynamic Warm-Up System course, with more courses to be announced soon.

With 19 years of experience, Jordan specializes in speed development, athlete-load management and late-stage rehab/return to sport. As a lifelong athlete whose career was ended on injury, his objective is to help athletes and clients of all ages/levels reach their goals, build confidence and stay injury-free.
