Jordan Collins’ coaching and teaching seminars provide athletes and coaches with actionable strategies for optimizing movement mechanics, reducing injury risk, and enhancing performance. Drawing from his 19 years of experience and expertise in biomechanics, Jordan covers topics such as speed development, athlete-load management, and effective late-stage rehabilitation for a successful return to sport. Check out free educational resources below, attend an upcoming course or bring Jordan in for a custom speaking engagement.
Jordan Collins’ PURE SPEED: Acceleration & Velocity Clinic teaches the foundations of effective athletic training, covering everything from the science of movement to performance-boosting drills. This course is built through years of Collins’ practical experience and an instinctive approach to training rooted in fluid, natural movement.
We’ll start with the essential Concepts of Training and the Wheel of Performance — frameworks that prioritize organic, instinctive movement to help athletes build strength, speed, and agility. Through understanding Shapes (an athlete’s position in space) and Patterns (how they connect those shapes), athletes learn to move more effectively and efficiently, setting a powerful foundation for skill development.
You'll learn to assess and profile athletes using cutting-edge tools like Vald force decks and 1080 sprint, develop and hone your coaching eye, build out proper programming systems and bring it all together in a cohesive training plan for well-rounded, peak performance.
Includes a roundtable discussion and Q&A where you can ask about the topics important to you.

Educational Courses at DBC
DBC certification courses incorporate the fundamental principles of human biomechanics into customized meaningful data-driven training programs.
Jordan leads instruction at the courses that are designed to teach you the same information he has learned over the years pertaining to all things performance, recovery & fitness — helping to empower your pursuit of excellence
The DBC LVL1 course is an introduction to the field of biomechanics. We present the mechanics of the general human motor programs of squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, and gait. Students learn the kinematics and kinetics of each movement and how to avoid the known mechanisms of injury.
DBC LVL3 reviews the safety, efficacy, and applicability of high-performance sports training. First step mechanics, plyometrics, speed/agility, and cognitive/sensory training are discussed and practiced, to ensure working knowledge and ability, to determine which training phases should be included in an athletes’ training program and when.
Injury Prevention ExercISE Guide
Inside you'll find two band series for your lower & upper body. These should be part of your daily routine for injury prevention and activation prep before a training session.
